iPod connection to standard audio setup?

I have the standard Leon audio setup (with cd changer) and am thinking of getting an ipod to connect to it. Mainly because the cd changer errors all the time now and i need an ipod, so if i can connect them easily that would be ideal :)

Is there an easy way to connect them that gives good (well, clearly not amazing, but acceptable!) sound? :) oh, and so it doesn't cost a fortune!

Thanks

I asked them this at my SEAT dealership, might be different with mine as i have intergrated satnav, but they told me that if i take the cd changer out you can use an adapter in the same port for the ipod, the young lad didnt seem to confident tho.

Failing that hallfords (hate the place) do loads of different ways to connect them, think they range from £40-£100.

My CD changers the same always skipping and saying "CD ERROR", it says something in the manual about ways to sort it by cleaning a filter or something. not tryed it yet tho.

Swap the CD changer for a Sony/Pansonic changer with one of those interface cables (the ones with seperate phono plugs) and a maplins £5 phono switch to swap the sound from the changer with the iPod output

I've got a spare changer and the interface cable, you'd just need wires and a switch - something like this
