This is my car up there on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Seat-Ibiza-GTI-Cupra-Sports-2-0L-8V_W0QQitemZ190115071125QQihZ009QQcategoryZ18270QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Its a shame it has to go but due to reason of a baby nature and the fact the baby is about to drop out in 10 weeks is forcing the sale of my GTI.

I just want to know if im asking around about the right price for my car.

Take alook and let me know if im asking about the right price. And can some one recommend a nice car to get afterwards ????

Id say that was a pretty good price considering the low milage, Tidy looking car judging by the pictures. Not a fan of the parcel shelf though :wtf:

David.

Pretty Good price, mileage is on your side. Better shots of the car and restoring it to original will get you maybe even more money! Sell the sound system seperately - awful IMO

Yer the Fusion Sub was left over from my old car with its amp and stuff, Ive kind of growing out of it so i just poped it in there to be gone with it. Its really good quility thou long as you get some good front speakers and 6*9s to match with it. Not to every ones taste but i suppose it was to mine when i bought it. Not really to my taste either these days :|.... A megan coupe should be about big enof i think :| but im not really a lover of them its the misses who likes them, I like my GTI but she adamint that it has to go cause of the cost of it round town compared to her 1.1 Punto :|:|:|:|:| she dont appear to understand at all lol, What our the Mk2 or 3 standard Ibiza like ??????

i'd say thats a bargain, i bought my first cupra for 1,850 on an s plate, and my t plate cupra for 2000, you can get more than 1500, the milage is really low and it looks pretty mint. raise the price!! ibiza's are going for more and more these days as there rep is getting better and better, plus people don't know much about the mk2's so they'll pay more than you think. by the way i managed to get my first cupra down by 150 quid, and my present one down by 400!!!! so you should raise the price anyways... ;)

A Megane Coupe and a baby just don't go together. Have you seen how narrow the boot opening is, and you'll have to get alsorts of baby-related paraphernalia. You'll need a 4 door with a decent boot for a few years I'd say.

Thanks for all the advice you lot of givin me it has been really helpfull,

Im not going to put the price up on the car as i need a quick sale as baby is due in 10 weeks time,

I was thinking the megan coupe because if i do have to take the baby any where it will only be 3 people in the car, But misses has just told me i can get a 2 seater if i want as long as i get her a little run around car. lol making me get rid of my GTI but now says im allowed whatever i want :| dont you just wish women would make there minds up !!!!!!!!!!! Oooh yer long as its cheeper to run then the 2.0l :|

That would be a bargain if the car was standard, start puting exhausts and massive speakers in it detracts people like (my parents) for example from buying a run around for 1.5k

if it doesn't sell - revert back to standard and it will sell no bother.

As for the coupe idea, ive been in the back of one, not even close in size to the ibiza, id say the GTi is a better all round car than the megane.

do you mind me asking roughly how much you will have to spend after you sell the ibiza, just so i can maybe point you in the direction of another car perhaps :bounce:

At maximum would be £2000 but would like to keep it same price as i get for ibiza to afoid having to spend extra cash that we could use for baby stuff :p

Ive been offered a Subaru Impreza Sports 1999 for £1500 for its yet again a 2.0l ive also been offered a Honda Del Sol and maybe another seat.
