Yep K04 turbo is in the 240 bhp engines, such as Cupra and K1

the 200 bhp engine has the K03 turbo, the 2.0T FR for example.

In very simple terms the 40 extra bhp in the cupra over the FR is just the bigger turbo.

If you really brave I think Garret do a bigger turbo for the Cupra but this will require some extensive other mods but tbh you then talking some serious bhp going through the front wheels and probably not worth it unless you go 4 wheel drive conversion but money to burn for this!!
