No, that's the short term average since the ignition was turned off for 2hrs.

Idling will show a low mpg

Ah right i didn't know they showed at all when the car was stationary.

The car is pretty high mileage, but it is cheaper than the rest of the market. Might have to get a look at it because i don't do many miles so it should even out!

for a short distance the trip computer shows no mileage and then starts of low and then gets higher the more distance you cover, is it possible it was just moved and then the engine turned off, mine starts of at about 12 mpg.

Is that a candy white 10plate Hehe saw it for sale when i drove past the other day at barnsley perrys. Looks well :)

I dont reccon its been thrashed when i picked my FR up it showed 8mpg and about 8miles on the clock, probably just caused by em moving it around the forcourt.

I checked the car out myself wanted to see if it was a petrol or diesel.
Dosnt look to bad of a deal really if i was after one id seriously concider it... but i have one already lol

Yea mate it is :D

I would consider a Cupra but its all about the £ for me. I'v seen a Boc for £12,500 and i asked about it but they said it was sold, but it still is up on the website a week later.. I may have to pester them again.

19K is quite alot for a 10 plate, but i only did like barely over 1k in my car last year! :D

They seem to sell like hot cakes, i saw a 60 plate cupra at avalible car for sale at 13k n it had all xtras like parking sensors etc but it had sold within 3days of bein there lol

I dont think 19k is high for a 10 plate, i got mine couple of months before 10plates wer avalible and im on 15k if its been serviced at the right time milage shouldnt be an issue

If you can get a cupra for cheap enough then go for it i would!
but that said dont dismiss the FR theres not much diffrence between the 2
Personaly i think the FR looks better

I might ring them and get some info on it soon, also from the pictures it looks like it has reversing sensors.

That Perry's is nowhere near me but I'm sure they would ship it to the one near me if i was interested enough. :D

At that few miles a year its hardly worth bothering buying a car in the first place. I would hate to think what it costs you per mile taking into account depreciation, tax and insurance, never mind any unforseen costs.

Im sure if i buy a car like this i will want to drive it more. :p

i think youll be hard pressed to find an FR owner that doesnt like giving their car the beans:p

I've had mine down to comically low levels, if your sitting in traffic idling it will just keep dropping.
Got in mine to drive home from Inters yesterday and the average was down to 8mpg.
It'd been sat idling for a few hours so I could run the aircon and had a few laps round the handling course.
