It Never Ends.... Bonnet Release Issue.

So the release in my bonnet decided to take a vacation.
When pulling release inside the car it does pop bonnet up.
On pulling external lever I’m getting nothing.
What’s my options here?
Ways to get in? Problem solving?
Any help as need to charge battery etc.

Had same issue when I had a minor bump this time last year. I pulled the centre seat grille/badge out to get access to the mechanism.

I managed to use a screwdriver to move the catch hook away from the bonnet loop, good pull because the bonnet was slightly bent and it opened.

All fixed.
Torch and screwdriver and wiggling latch.
All heavily gunged up. Lots of grime build up. Wd40 and it’s all back to normal.
