ITG or Forge

I have the same stance as 'vRSy' on this, i am confused why they havent used the slam panel to gather the air from .... as previosuly said the Forge/Carbon fibre Itg kit used this so why a sudden change when realising this kit?

i saw andy at itg on monday and i asked and it is behind the headlight beside the battery and he said its fine becaust it is still a cold spot. there isnt enough room to get the filter between the battery and engine so he cant take air from the slam panel without it looking like the forge kit with ducting everywhere
