They are easy to fit.... can be done without taking the wheels off if you have some ramps... as long as you can keep the cars weight on the back axle you dont need spring compressors for when you remove the bottom bolt from the shock absorber..the only PITA is that the clamps can be a mare to put on, but there was talk of them being ready-shaped.. mine was the first one to be fitted outside jabba.

do they not wash cars in manchester?

Also.. it still makes the car much more fun even if your on std suspension (which i am now) the car can be provoked to drift nicely, and it feels flatter and more stable when cornering.. but the back will step out if you let off mid corner... some people do it on purpose

Interesting thread, I have been speaking to Jabba today regarding one.

They were interested in setting up a group buy on SCN, but were waiting new stock before confirming it. Im going to ask SCN Admin if we can set one up, and wait for a call back from Jabba regarding this.

They even mentioned getting a group buy on SCN means we could get them powdercoated in red maybe? They do the vRS green, and black already.

What are people's thoughts?

I would suggest talking to Saul/Jabba about a SCN Gb.. i guess it would have to be worth their while to get them powder coated red instead of black (only the early batch was green)

I have spoke to them. They are waiting on another batch in and will give me a call, once this is the case, I will contact admin on here to make sure its ok to set one up.

Its actually them that mentioned getting them powder coated red for us Seat boys, they seem like a good bunch these jabba peeps!

and the ARB is the *best* handling mod you can do ;)

after sending a pm to the organiser of the Briskoda GB enquiring about future GB's, he has contacted me today telling me he know has enough people to start a fresh group buy!!! :D

he informs me the sooner i and the rest of the peeps interested get their names down the better! :D

he says he has spoken to Jabba and if the names of people interested are put to them soon, they will honour the "pre-rise" price which at this stage i am assuming is the same as the last GB cost, £190 delivered! :funk:

i have asked him to confirm the cost asap.

Just to help all you people wanting in on the GB here it is: Briskoda rear ARB GB

There are 2 names down so anyone wanting it at the current price of £190 better get your names down as there's only 8 places left as each GB is done in 10's due to them being custom made. I have one and it made my car a whole lot more fun, just be careful the first time you go round a roundabout at 50 and lift off can be a bit scary. This has actually saved my bacon a few times actually as it makes it alot easier to get the rear end back in line when you step it out by just applying the power again. You'll get used to it and have loads of fun in the process :funk:
