How many people off the 1st group buy have theirs? Still waiting for mine.

got mine last friday, fitted sunday, made me smile every time in a corner since then!

i have nearly forgotten what understeer feels like

they rang me yesterday to say it was sent that morning and il have it for when i get home from work

air has his 1 wasnt powdercoated very well tho think ad lav has his too!

the paint finish wasn't smooth and i told jabba that IMO is was shocking and for the amouint of money they charge for this item the paint finish should be A1 !!!
when i questioned jabba about it they re-assured me that it is a good quality powder paint coat and that it won't flake and that the uneven finish is down to the texture of the bright bar steel before painting and that it can't be helped, but IMO,I'm sure that half hour on a linisher would sort it out!

anyway, as i've said it's fitted and i ain't taking it off now!

just finished fitting it, took it for a quick blast down some private roads and its transformed the handling loads!!!

Corners can be taken more confidently and quicker!

I have taken pics whilst fitting, but my home internet is down untill tuesday (posting from my phone untill then) but will try to do a bit of a fitting guide at work on monday.

Shame i have to mow the lawns otherwise i'd be burning some derv all day!

Im glad Jabbas ARB is starting to get a reputation over on here... it really is *the* single best mod to do to the ibiza/fabia innit..

ive put my car almost back to standard apart from the ARB.. and i aint taking it off until the day i sell it

mine turned up on my door step today and the powder coating (opinion from ex powder coater myself) is good but not that it matters as tomorrow it is being powder coated again in a bright red then im fitting it tomorrow after work cant really test out the arb till wednesday next week when my car is runing properly again my car must be very confused as i havent been over 2k revs as the turbo to manifold gasket is fcuked!

for what you get material wise £200 is an absoloute joke for a bar a packet of greese two bushes and clamps so the product BETTER be good buthearing from what every1 else has said its better than sliced bread!

And for all those whinging about price. put it into perspective, jabba isnt exactly a big company like say Eibach (who have infinately more resources and still charge £150 for a front ARB thats 1mm thicker than the std vRS item)
so Jabba took a gamble on developing this ARB with a few nudges from us skoda owners - noone else would do it.. and to be fair im very greatful theve done it.. and i definately think every single ARB owner will say the same..

everyone says its great and I want one, only thing thats put me off a little is that they want to increase the price more again.. As many have already stated, it is alot for what is just a bent steel bar !

surely they can still do us forum users a good price?!

Think its gone up £10 but dont quote me.

As for delivery, ive never heard any problems, a friend of mine ordered his at 3pm one day, and was delivered the next day.. which I think is pretty good saying that, they are ordered in batches, so if they havnt gone any in, your'll be waiting till X amount of people want them, to order them

yer there are, i did ask their admin and he said he didnt have enough people to warrent another thread and until 5 unique people msg him by PM then he isnt going to start another GB thread... so chances are if a few of us here want one then there maybe a few from their own forum that want one.. combined = another GB !

just fitted mine havent been for a drive yet but it looks the part! people in the car behind me will see my bright red arb will go for a test drive next wednesday when the cars been fixed and i can give it some real nuts!

fitted mine on just now, took me like 2.5 hours cos i can only use 1 hand (torn wrist ligament) so if i can do it with 1 hand theres no excuse for anyone!

wow, thats probably the best word to describe, you can now go round corners so quick and tight that it makes your guts wrench over to one side of your body, it also seemed to make it feel quicker if you stand on the throttle, possibly due to it not letting the rear shocks absorb all the acceleration force, i dunno, but fook me its good
