Jabba solid flywheel conversion kit problem

Have recently put in a jabba solid flywheel kit with sachs organic clutch. I have a problem with the clutch clearing and cannot figure why. To engage first and reverse car has to be turned off then into gear and back on again, this can be interesting at traffic lights,lol.
Anyone ever experienced this or any info before i pull the box out again.?

Without knowing much about the ibiza clutch, could it need bleeding or something basic like that?

Im doing singlemass converstion tomorrow dont want to encounter any problems

Have you tried a gear linkage reset? Worth a go dude
