You can get the red standard series which a lot of people go for. I've ordered the full black series kit the wish bone bushes will be a pain to do :/

I don't have Poweflex bushes however, I've just had all my wishbone bushes replaced with solid poly ones and they make a massive difference!

More responsive turn in, firmer ride and better feedback.

If not already, I would recommend a Whiteline RARB which will compliment the handling :)
 
Looking good mate good luck fitting the LSD that's quite a big and technical job. Also good luck braking the 300bho mark that's quite a lot harder than People think.more than just a big turbo conversion required but looking forward to seeing you do it will be nice to get some big Bhopal cupra this back on this site most have broke them now there's only 1 on this site I know of above the 300bhp mark I wish I had the penny's to get there about 4k is a lot more than I have lol.

May I ask how hard is that dog bone mount I fitted a superpro to mine and dam it was so bad on tick over it got removed within two days.

I did a LSD on a Mini Cooper S took me about 2 hours as I had the box out already hardest job usually is pressing the bearings on but I can do it at work in 5 mins with a 100 ton press.


Will be done in a few months.


Head is getting ported and polished soon and having the inlet and exhaust gasket aligned.

New turbo from Darkside

Uprated pistons, rods and bearings

Rear arb

Darkside or diblas cam

120% injectors and nozzles

That's it off the top of my head

That should done job along with a custom inlet manifold and with the mods above u should get above the 300bhp that's going to set u back a fair few penny's good to see u know what's required through most people jus think they can get there with a hybrid turbo lmao.

I really wish I had them type if penny's but as far as my cupra will ever go is about 250bho and that'll only be if and when the turbo goes pop :(m

Ye keep watching there will always be little bits getting done.

I do sometimes need people's advice on what they have done and learnt from there mistakes if you get me

I haven't done it my self but spent a lot of hours and asked a lot of questions to the old members who had the big bhp tdi s plus being a diesel Hgv machanic I know what todo just carmt put my knowings into practice :( but I do like seeing people bringing the big bhp tides back into this site.

Plus inputs also nice to not see a dreamer if u get what I mean lol

I like little updates so I'll see everything that gets done lol. Keep up the hard work and your figures u want will soon enough roll in
 
I've noticed a lot of people on forums putting dreamer figures making out they have more power than they realy do.

Can you think of anything I have missed

New welded end tanked intercooler ull end up blowing your standard one darkside do a good one

4bar map sensor and maff removed and mapped out using your map sensor parameters for both

Custom intercooler piping or hard pipeline

Bigger inlet manifold

Oil cooler darkside do a good kit

Wmi would be a big help but nit everyone likes it
