Ok mate I will look into it. Yes I may sell it the guy that has built all my turbos will strip and clean it before it goes for sale for piece of mind for the buyer

Yes mate it's what's on the pd150/160 but it has never missed a beat and can take 2.4 bar of boost but I've only ever had it running 1.8-1.9 bar as never wanted to push it to it's limits

is that to go with the hybrid turbo to get the figures you have now?
i keep looking about at options available and like the look of the budget gtb kit that darkside developments do but they told me they need the car for 3 days which i think is bloody crazy and they wont sell the kit without them mappiing it.
also like the look of the kit that badger has and if it come already with a downpipe readily available i would have one.
 
Got round to removing my hybrid yesterday to make room for the gtv2260vklr so check I could check clearance and finish welding the manifold and turbo together.

It wasn't until I got them both next to eachother I noticed the size difference

It fitted straight in but had to remove the rocker cover to give me abit of extra room

Picture of it fitted just a few close clearances to sort like the actuator and the output to be adjusted but apart from that its got loads of room

Are you going to rotate the outlet so it's below the inlet similar to the original / hybrid?

How much space do you have between driveshaft and actuator? Mines only a GTB1756VK and that was tight!
