LOL, thanks guys. I noticed something tonight in the car, maybe someone can help. On the rearview mirror there are 2 small led lights, the one on the left was on tonight. Does anyone know what they are for? Also, I am amazed by the adaptive headlights, going round bends etc and watching the beam move from left to right hahahahahaha soooo cool!!!!!!

If it's like the Leon they are downlights just to add some ambience in the cabin. Looks good at night. Both should have been on.

LOL. Nope only one was on Syphon. I will see if I can a pi of it at some point. I thought it was like a sensor or something hahahahahahahaha. Then obviously tonight when I suddenly saw the one was shining I was wow, what is that for then?!
Hey Mk2_Cupra looks superb matey yea the brakes are fantastic and great fun trying to keep em clean he he, as with the auto dim mirror do you mean the green led forward facing? If so is it not just on or off light as there is no down light ones as on the leon which is a shame.

OK, I have just done the thing all us men fail to do. Got my wife to read the book hahahahahahahaha!!! That little light on the rearview mirror is the, wait for it, ANTI-DAZZLE WARNING LIGHT!!!!!! In other words it is telling me the anti-dazzle function in the rearview mirror is active and has darkened the mirror to compensate for glare fom cars traveling behind me!! HOW COOL IS THAT???!!!!!! It would appear they have given the car a brain too!!!!!

Ahh yes. I thought you meant you had LED's facing down from underneath the mirror like on the Leon.

Theres also a button on the underside of the rear view mirror that lets you turn the anti dazzle feature off, though I've no idea why you'd want to.
