Looking around at some JE pistons, which compression ratio is best to go for if I'm thinking of running GT3071R with between 350-400bhp? 8.5:1 or 9.25:1 C/R on standard 81.0 bore?

u changinf conrods aswell ? cause from my experience there the first to go. i just orders these off ebay shud b quite good im told,

I have integrated engineering rods already just need to know which compression pistons to get.
the JE piston ur lookin for i've only seen them advertised from the states, through ebay, u cud ask there the specislist
dont tell me I sent the other piston this morning for nothing!

The lower compression means you can run more boost, but will be more laggy than the higher comp pistons.
