Does anyone have a diagram that shows where the oil feed and return connect to on the turbo along with coolent pipes?

Also is there a part number for the compressor housing wastegate adapter used to connect boost pipe to wastegate actuator?

There's no coolant hoses but the rest you might find using vagcat, just google it and join then you can look up car parts at will, very handy.
