K03s bolt on and go?

hey fellas, well im getting my first fulltime wage in at the end of the month so i was wondering if anyone could help answer the following:
1- does the K03s just straight swap for the K03? and be worth while? or will i need a manifold etc...
2- has anyone got one from a scrappies before and how much was it?
3- any other suggestions appreciated

im hoping to reach the 250hp mark with this along with a laguna intercooler.

straight swap, but its up to you to decide if its worth it as the forum is divided
if your looking for a little extra punch beyond a remap then it should suffice.

£150-300 depending on mileage

remap and rollers are more likely to affect the peak power, 230-240 most realistic

its a nice little upgrade as the s turbo seems to hold boost a bit longer than the standard k03..

You'll probably be needing a new exhaust system and probably an air filter of some sort to see decent gains when you get it mapped though
