Yeah I think il look into getting a bam inlet, I do have one from a k04 but not sure if it's a bam one......

There are only 2 types of manifold, if it's from a K04 and the inlet is the other side, then it's definitely a bam one.

Agu are large port left handed
Auq ,aum etc are small port left handed

Bam , ayp are the same small port right handed throttle body

Yeah you're right, sorry OP, i should have said

you can get a same sided intercooler with one of the outlet on the top and the other outlet on the opposite side on the bottom..check out my pic in the album but that's what I did...have a dig around on the internet ebay and you will find it,and I would just hybrid the turbo rather than the std k03s....wasted my time on a new k03s lessons learned

Yes you can they're called twin pass coolers they're known not to as efficient as the single pass ( one outlet on each side )
Forge do twin pass which are OK to stage 2 but struggle with any more
If hybrid I'd go single pass
