I am trying to find out what the maximum flow rate is for a K03S i.e. 170g/s, 180g/s, 190g/s???

Any help greatly appreciated :)

I think philw is the record holder here, he managed to get 197 G/S out of his. My best is 182 G/S this was with a brand new maf. My previous maf was showing 165 G/S so clearly it was on its way before it was replaced. Didnt notice any diffrence tho.

Hope this helps

I cant seem to break 175g/s.

New MAF may be in order, I am currently running 3" Downpipe decat and full system, open cone, TIP, forge 007p and a custom p-torque map. I was hoping to flow more, any ideas?

Try to clean you maf (isopropanol) or replace it! Same happend to me and when new maf was fitted I manage to hit higher g/s values.

Sensor get clogged and start to under-read values.

Logged 187.5g/s on my AUQ engine with plenty of mods and stock turbo.

Did not expect way much above, since K03-052s are said to not be able to give more than 235bhp without destroying themselves. However, after fitting a 2.5" Milltek cat-back, logged a spike of 201g/s around 5500rpm during an overtake, which should translate to a peak over 250bhp.

Some people here on the forum dynoed bhp in the 250 range and lb/ft in the 280 range on K03-052 turbos. So a value of 200g/s is hard to get, but not impossible if many supporting mods help the airflow and gas flow at the exhaust.
