K03s silenced vs unsilenced fitment?

guys, justa quickie, my old K03s was silenced but the one i've just bought is unsilenced, the outlet looks a bit shorter because obviously there is no big silencer there, is this going to cause a problem for fitment etc? thanks.

i recently fit a k03s cilindeced one on my mates ibiza ho had k03 unsilenced

that's the code on the turbo, my old one ended 052, i thought all K03s's ended eithe r052, 053, 054? this one is off a passat 1.8T sport.

Passat doesn't use a transverse mounted engine, so i doubt that turbo will work on yours, i could be wrong though.

does anyone know if it would be possible to vut the silenced part and pipe off my old turbo and weld it onto this one (pic above)? would it work that way?

Got me abit worried about mine now, mines off a late golf gti but it was brought from A&M Motorsport as a refurbed unit and i brought it off a bloke from ebay the other day!! Anyone know if its goin to fit, because ive checked the numbers on the unit and none of them match the ones posted?!?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

yes it is. is it not a K03s? i had a feeling it didn;t look like one. gonna have to go to wales to pay the matey a visit i think. can anyone confirm it is not a K03s?

yeah but to be fair, at first i just thought it was a K03s that wasn;t the correct fitment! as soon as i realised it's just a K03 i ended the item
