Niall, I may be a female but I do know a fair bit! Its all under control thanks to my boyfriend, it was him that got them done so he's taking charge of it all. Thanks for the advice tho, appreciate it Thanks, love the wheels! Dead chuffed.

Interesting... if you know your way around an ironing board you could just be the perfect woman!

Joking apart, I didn't mean to sound patronising so apologies for that, I thought it might be worth mentioning after Al's point about the wheels getting stuck cos I had that issue too and I didn't know that the powdercoating could cause problems until I was getting the alignment done.

Don't worry, I get it often from many guys who try and take the piss of me, but at the end of the day, I always give them a good run for their money, and leave them red faced. I know you meant no harm though, so don't fret

I don't know where you've been looking at that price Kat! I've been lucky/ unlucky enough to spend many months stateside, so I get them for around500/ 600 dollars a pair!
And, to get them, she usually does this trick:
1- looks do eyed, shrinks her shoulders and says "you would if you loved me" then looks to floor!
2- conveys the mental image of shoes and a minimal state of undress!

Trust me, its like Sex Panther Cologne, works 70% of the time, all of the time!

That's why, she's getting the knee highs (well, that and it's the 3rd anniversary on the trot I've been out here in the 'ghan, so she deserves a treat!)

Not been on here much lately so and not done much to car lately being honest! Managed to sell some stuff to free up some pennies, lowering springs, steering wheel ect so looking at new toys for summer.

Looking to tidy Foxy up a bit more and hope to:

Fit new 'Sparkle' R alloys (Better half paid for them, otherwise wouldn't have been done!)
Fit a new LCR Splitter (better half bought me too lol)
Possibly spray plastic diffuser on rear bumper (thinking gloss black)
New skirts painted and fitted
Fit S3 Coolant and Battery Cover
Possibly get Inlet mani and Charge Pipe powdercoated (if possible)
Take seats out and steam clean them
MEGA CLEAN!

Fingers crossed the weather picks up a bit so I can enjoy doing what I do best... Detailing

That would be awesome Wayne, cheers! Didn't have any intensions to do it but whatever the plastic is coated in has scraped off around the exhaust and it looks pretty crap, so want it done. Would have liked it the same colour again but don't think it's possible so gloss black is second on list

Will do Mr Simposn. Iv got someone to look at my skirts, as they have been bent when jacking car up (previous owner not me!) so if I need new side skirts you welcome to the old ones.

If its just that they should manage to heat them and bend them back but depends on how much work v's cost of new ones
