Key advice

I went to see a 2003/53 Leon 130SETDi earlier today, the price was right but i was put off by 1 thing.

It only had 1 key, this was a black key with 'S' on both sides. The key only unlocked the drivers door which set the alarm off, but the alarm went off when i turned the ignition.

Is this the master key? if so how easy is it to get a new key that works the central locking off a fob?

All you help is much appreciated.

Master key is the same as the TT master key
It's a remote fob with lock/unlock that also disarms the alarm and immobilisor
Would walk awaqy if I was you
Was there any explanation for this missing key?

They just said they only had 1 key

Sorry can't help with the fob question but would walk away about the missing fob bit
It's a bit too easy to sell you the car then come around with the key and take it back
