Sorry people i know its been covered before loads of times but i need help, brought a leon 20vt last thursday and ive got nowhere wiv trying to get a new fob without going to seat and im not paying there crazy prices, im from stoke on trent and have tried in stoke best price i had was 80 for the horse shoe fob and 120 for a flip key made up, just wondering if some one can help me plz

Have you got a spare key ?

If you, you can get a flip key from eBay (mine was £12), a new blade (about £2) - then transfer the transponder from old spare key to flip key - sort the central locking (simple process using your old & new key), then get your blade cut !

Mine came to about £18 - loads of guides on here (in the Ibiza section i think)

eeeeeeeeeeeeebbbbbaaaaayyyyy!!!!!!!!! loads on there got mine with a S badge for 26 quid. Got it cut and programmed for a small fee. Happy days
