key programming with vcds?

Hi, does anyone knoew if you can program remote keys with vcds and are there any guides? thanks!

yeah, got a couple of results between times there, seems not too difficult? I just cant get them to code with manual procedure and want i sorted as im sick fed up of thawing frozen locks at winter!!!
