Kicker audio

I'v been offered 2 kicker amps and 2 kicker 12" subwoofers.

How much should i be looking at paying? they came out a Mitsubishi Warrior and was given to a mate! hardly been used, good gear i know

what power ratings etc mate? Kicker are good but not amazing

375w amps and not sure about the subs, iv seen them on ebay im sure.
