SEAT 1-2, you should have a rewarding day folks, hope you don't get too wet. :)

I'll pour a bucket of water over my head while i watch it on Motors tv, to get the atmosphere right :D

got my tickets and a B car park ticket where ever that is.
So taking wifes black SKODA VRS since seat haven't organized an area for us second rate owners in scotland, very poor show considering they have offical parking at most meetings down south yet again shaffted/will have to support local hero FLASH instead
still hope to meet up with some of you so if you c me before i c u say hello!!

Id like to make it VERY clear, that SEAT do everything in their power to organise parking for us, unfortunately it is upto the circuit management to grant the permission. On this occasion it seems it wasn't possible.

But please don't blame SEAT, because they are not in anyway able to do any more than they already do for us.

They would love to have us at every circuit to support them, but sometimes it isn't possible due to situations outside their control.

Well thats me up and getting ready (wasn't getting up till 7 but couldn't sleep - must be the excitement!). It totally chucking it down outside so I guess it was a waste of time washing the Ibiza at half 8 last night when it was practically dark! Hope everyone going has a good time - maybe see you there - Enjoy!

Cheers,

Brian.

There just isn't the room at Knockhill (hell, no room for pits even)

SEAT tried their hardest for us, but don't even have enough room for their own requirements let alone being able to locate us.

The rest - as per Z says

Indeed. Their hospitality unit along with everyone else's was outside in the carpark thanks to the Clydesdale Bank taking up half the area behind the hairpin with their marquee, where the others are usually placed. To make up for that though, my friend and I stood in front of it during races two and three, cheering on anyone who passed a TD car or hit a TD car and then started sarcastically applauding and cheering the team orders at the final race. :D :p

A good days racing, weather not too bad in the end although the carpark was like porridge.

Shame for Seat, the Turner incident over the restart didn't look too bad to me, then he was really unluck over the ballast weight. But well done to salvage fourth in the last race from the back of the grid.

And JP - what can be said apart from what he said immediately prior to race 3. Something needs to be done over Neal the Squeal's driving. Not surprisingly, they didn't manage to get this back out for race 3:

Infact i sen a Black LCR with its splitter ripped out the middle lugs, Hope he didnt lose it completely.

The comms from the tornadoes were pretty cool-
"Disengaging from holding pattern-commencing attack run"
"decelerating to 450 knots thankyou Knockhill!
As the man said-thank god theyre on our side.

We were in traffic waiting to park in field when they flew over. There was a funny smell in the car after the first one went by. Was'nt expecting it at all.

The noise was unreal! And yeah thank god they're the good guys.

I saw the tail backs all over knockie so decided to take the kids for hotdog and hot choccie, got a good oggle at the SEAT stand and Jason wasn't looking too amused :censored: Got out no problem and the drive home wasn't too bad. Wish we had had a parking lot for Seats:shrug:

Had no probs getting out for once,we left during the porkers, usual 10 or so mins to get to the exit then managed to blag out right as we were going to my mates in Perth.
