Ko3 to ko3s turbo upgrade

Acid doesn't the one that you cannot see very well your pic come from the n112 valve to the left of vac reservoir IIRC.

you mean that box with vw and audi logo in the picture? yeh i got that its on top of one of the coil packs. but thats not linked to either n75 or the actuator

no the n112 valve is the bit to the left and up from the box on top of coil packs which has some vac pipes goin into it and the connector on left side of it

in the picture is that small little box with metal cover on it with small pipin coming out of it?

with a plug in it, looks just like the n249 but on the left of the black box with the vw/audi logos. theres one vac hose that just goes straight under the charge pipe and if im right, its T pieced with the n75 and the 2nd vac hose which goes to the turbo

This is odd, the ko3 has two vacum pipes on the actuator as the one below link.

i just investigated mines and tok a few shots of the turbo actuator. it has only got one vacum line on actuator

yours a k03s? they only have 1
k03 has 2

speaks for itself mate, if you want to be more thorough and wanna know for certain the the unit has to come off, but id say we got to the bottom of it and its a k03s

Thank god for that! rang seat and told them but i need to come in person as they wont give information over the phone.

so guys i need a new actuator, as mines is playing up, fordge is good but they sell so many for these vag cars, what would be recommened to fit mines?

well just come seat dealers, they wernt able to tell me model but they said it was KKK and they gave me this part number of the turbo: 06A145704

Just taught might give a update,
For some reason, the actuator had one vac line not 2, but the turbo is a k03 which is showing12 blades.

the car is quick of the run.

remembering gaskets, bolts etc ...

i am fitting k03s at the mo it all fits ok but i have ran in to problem the alloy intake pipe that fits over the propellers and the 10m bolt holds it in its
about 2m to small what do i do now
