looks like it has 8 blades (zoom feature lol ).
has 052 in the part number.

also you know new turbo on ebay eg this seller, are they quality tubby or cheap fabricated ones?

No probs. I'd be wary of buying a brand new turbo from ebay - ask him where he sources them from, i.e. is it a genuine Borg Warner or some cheap Chinese rubbish?

Call me cynical but at that price I wouldn't expect much

I was thinking that also, it does look like a cheaper quality which is putting me off, dont want gmable it now, May thinking of forking out for new ko3s instead :( from reptuable trader.
If i did go hybrid, is it just possible to run it standard mani,downpipe/decat, modified intake and map to suit it? i know im not making the full use out it but i want to get turbo side sorted (as it my daily car).

If it was me, I'd keep an eye out in the For Sale section of forums for anyone selling a K03S second hand. Also, if you're getting CR Turbos to do the hybrid work they ditch the compressor housing altogether so you can use a K03 which are even easier to find. PM me if you want to know where to get one from.

You'll be strangling a hybrid on the standard manifold and downpipe but technically there's nothing stopping you doing it. Bear in mind that the map would need adjusting once you had fitted all the necessary uprated items. In an ideal world you'd be better off waiting until you have all the parts and doing it in one hit.
