hi ive seen a ko4 turbo and just wonderd would it fit my seat ibiza cupra and also any other parts i need or modifacations many thnks

Its a big mod really. new fitment of turbo mani, downpipe, charge pipe, oil and water lines to turbo-easier to go k03s hybrid direction,

Effort vs Results is questionable. Need new charge pipe, manifold, oil lines and downpipe just off the top of my head, plus all other accompanying mods (injectors, 3" MAF etc etc)

hi mate,

i researched this thing already. you can get a k04 hybrid that bolts straight on. no need to replace anything from cr turbos. google it and call them.

yeah, u send them ur turbo and they machine it and fit the k04 internals so it bolts straight back on.

Think u may need a 4 bar fuel pressure regulator and obviously a re-map

but thats it.

k03s will achieve 220-240 bhp k04 will achieve 260-280

think that says it all

All depends on the budget to be honest, you will need to start replacing standard parts near 300bhp iirc.
Only money is your limit

come on dai a little bit of searching mate. you manage to ask all the most regular questions all in one week.

Yours currently has a k03 which has 12 blades and will lose its power in higher rev range.
If you opt for a k03s which is the exact same turbo but with a 8 blade spool, which can take higher rev range and keep the power, you will see more power ratio to money over a k04.

If you get a fmic, 4 bar fuel pressure regulator (fpr), downpipe, catback, TIP and remap stage 2 you'll see anywhere between 230hp and 250hp (dyno lottery) on the k03s that is.

like said I don't mean to be a dik but you really have to learn mate. You have been told to search and stop text talk by at least 10 people in the last week...doesn't that tell you anything?
