cars now had 4 lambda sensors in total in a year odds, the first two fixed the problem but since going through a puddle im getting the lambda malfunction error code and engline light on, last time i ran vagcom the sensor both pre and post seemed to be giving signals (whether they are correct or not...pass) dealers are now going on about how i must be remapped and that my car needs putting totally 100% back to standard otherwise they wont do anything.... they did suggest maybe taking the car to their other dealership where the master tech resides.
i really need to get to the bottom of this as its making the car stutter intermittantly in the lower gears.
any ideas? coil packs were also replaced in case they were causing the misfire that could be killing the probes.

the misfire calmed down after a week or so, so for the last 2 months now its just a bit stuttery in lower gears, it might still happen in higher gears but not noticeably.
