LC Induction

Ok, got myself a 03 plate 1.8t cupra and am looking at fitting an induction kit, iv looked at a few options suggested on here for filters but what do you guys do with the small hose that comes off the standard air box ? am i correct in thinkin this is just a warm air feed ? (im so used to vauxhalls )

Welcome to the forum! if your looking for an open cone filter then try jetex or if your just changing the standard panel try green.

I have just put a 80mm neck jetex conical filter on mine, and replace the hose with a 4 inch duct which will be your cold air feed - take out your fog light and hook the duct up to there!

i see from the pic you have put a small oil breather filter onto the pipe i was querying, defo putting a conical filter on

yeah i just cable tied mine up to one side, never had any problems. looks smart with a little filter on though
