LCR AMK engine tuning options

Hi all

New to the forum!

Recently bought a 2003 LCR 210bhp AMK engine as a project car

Few mods done already:

3" decat turbo back exhaust
Forge 007p
Jetex cone
Bigger turbo intake pipe

I've bought a 4 bar FPR for the future and need to buy a wellycooler for stage 2

What sort of power can these take with these mods?

Heard of figures up to around 290bhp?

It's already mapped to around 250bhp and the boost gauge hits 20psi under load

I know that over 300bhp needs a hybrid K04, injectors and uprated rods??

I also believe that uprated coil packs would be a good idea when going to Stage 2?

I've heard around 280bhp is good for Stage 2?
