LCR BMC CDA KIT problem

Ive got the bmc cda kit on my lcr.
i moved the tubing to a better air location and its changed the sound now. the whistle of the tubro is really, really loud from the inside of the car. has any body else found this.
ive put it to the front light where the original air feed from the vent goes and its sounds really loud quite annoying tbh.
it was quite silent before (i know if it annoys me that much, put it back where it was) but where it was ,wasnt the best flow of air.

has any 1 noticed this with theres.

I have just got mine today and fitted it.. i have the BMC pipe going into the standard little air duct at the mo... its got a quite loud sucking noice and then a loud let off. Personally i like it..

On yours.. do you have the little breather hole that comes out the top of the cda box? and also mate how have you put it into grille.. becuase its really tight hole through there?

hi m8, mine hasnt got a breather hole. where abouts you looking.
ive got it going to the original air duct now. ive just shaped it like an ovel and it sits directly at the side of it.

lcr,s and lc,s have different intake system.

should try taking the sound absorbing off the bonnet then you will have a hell of a annoying noise haha

mine sounds same as yours gaz its in the same place my mate got one on his tt and that sounds the same

o right. just annoying when you aint gunning for it. just drivin around its quite annoying.
