I have agreed to join another car club im a member of at a sprint track for a nice day out in a few weeks,

as I had not planned it I WONT be spending any money on my LCR really, I have new brakes, new tyres, oil etc etc

Are there any adjustments handling wise I can do to improve my STANDARD suspension setup>

Im skinto!

ANything could help.... PS not cutting springs down!

If you can get access to alignment gear, get as much negative camber on the front as the slotted holes on the wishbones allow.
 
As above, tyre pressure is key no matter what the budget.
Keep an eye on these during the day, no more than 35 psi at the front and play with the rear ones to keep it lively.
A brake rebleed will allow your day to be more fun and last longer.
Check all liquids and levels. Check wheel bolts tight, no wheels = bad handling, LOL
Also try and minimise the amount of fuel you have in the car, take a jerry can if you have access to one. Lighten everything else you can too. Remove passengers seat too.
If you have not a CG lock or harness try moving you seat back a couple of clicks, pull your seat belt hard to lock it then move seat into position to allow the seat belt to firmly hold you in place.
