Is it possible to swap the LCR top 3 grills for the honeycomb ones on other Leons as I think it would look better all the same, where is the best/cheapest place to get them and has anyone done this / have pictures?

I don't thing the standard Cupra ones fit on the LCR/FR+, you have to buy special custom ones or make them yourself, but if anyone wants to prove me wrong it will be welcome.

I was hoping for a straight swap, I'll have to try and get seem cheap ones to try first then.

No, it's not a straight swap. As far as I know, there is no source for the honeycombe version that fits the LCR. There are badgeless version, but these are still the "slatted" type, not honeycombe.
