Got in my new (to me anyway) LCR yesterday to find the passenger mat and carpet sopping wet.:cry::cry:

Ach well, got an extended warranty on the car so I'll take it in this weekend. Failing that I'll try out the guide on here.

Still can't take the smile off my face when I drive it though.

I have been soaking up water from mine past few days as I havn't had chance to try the pollen filter one. I think I first need to rip up the carpet and get all the water out :) its starting to smell a wee bit damp

I have just soaked up most water from the front and back in mine. I think its coming through the front passenger side door triming so looks like i will be taking the door apart on the weekend[:@]

but i must have removed atleast 6liters of water and there is still more soaked in the underlay under the actual carpet :censored:

is there any guide as to removing the front seats? Last thing i want is to set off the airbags or something

Yours def sounds like leaky door seals, this is just as if not more common than the ill fitted Pollen Filter cover.

I think there is a guide on here somewhere, just search for door seals.

cheers guys I guess it's all about spending time loooking at the threads yeah? Although, haven't been able to find anything that's specific to my problem yet, I'll persevere.
