Leather seat water damage

Overnight a bottle of water leaked onto my Formentor passenger seat. It mostly looks okay, there was some discolouration but that’s gone.

I’ve been left with this ghastly ridge. Is this fixable? I imagine it’s just going to wear and tear quicker given it’s raised so it’s only going to look worse if I don’t sort it.

Leather is a natural material so it might just continue to dry out and be OK, I'd leave it a couple of weeks assuming we get some warm weather. Have a look on Amazon for 'Leather food for car seats', lots of choices. Before you start applying anything make sure the leather (and wadding beneath it) is fully dry.
