I haven't got any pics of it in the mk2, I'll take one tonight of the mk3. Would have done it last night but got dragged out to the pub for food and beer by t'wife..... :(

Here you go this is just reversing LED, I'm stood a car length or more away , flash on camera off it's the LED light illuminating the fence.
This is with the fog light on as well, just for comparison.

Hope this helps, it was bloody freezing!!!!

Kazand. Where did you get your cree bulb from. I had a world of problems finding a way to get my number plate leds not to throw an error on my facelift mk2. I notice you have it fitted in a mk3. Do you get an error code?

The light from that bulb looks amazing. Mine is a pink glow at present.....!

Hi, it was off e of the bay, but I'm afraid it was over 4 years ago now and I don't have the details anymore.
It's still the same unit. Was originally fitted in a 2010 FR with no issues, then fitted it in a 62 R , only issue then was during start up, it used to flash 3 or 4 times as the canbus checked it. Looked good actually :D
It hasn't thrown any error codes in any car.
Iirc it was a 'high powered Cree reversing lamp'.
 
Glad they arrived safe chaps!

If you have VCDS, turn the cold lamp diagnosis off for the reverse light, stops the bulb flickering 5-6 times every time you turn the ignition on :)
 
The diagnostic kit you can buy

It only does it for a few seconds, but im always reading that it can 'damage and reduce the life of LEDs' so i just turned it off

Not affected mine, its in its 3rd Leon now and 4 years old ... and yes we do reverse... :D
