Leon 1p mk2 Rear anti roll bar upgrades

I have tried searching and to no result.
are there any VAG cars i can take the rear anti roll bar from in order to improve my Leon Tdi?
I was told a mk5 r32 rear anti roll bar would fit. is this correct? what about the front?

Hi, I'm not really sure why you're looking to take an ARB from an existing VAG car? Why don't you just buy some new ones, there's plenty about. £170ish a piece. Have a look at DPM performance, they're a site sponsor and have a few to choose from

because you can get second hand ones from r32's and s3's e.t.c for about £30 each.

Why go for one R32 bar when you can put two on?

That's a posh idea! I had a look today and it seems the r32 bar is bent the other way, obviously for the prop shaft? has anyone fitted a mk5 r32 bar on a mk2 leon?
