Hey, noobie question here.
I've just bought seat leon FR 1.4 2014
heard about waiting few minutes before shutting the engine after a trip (even only few KM)
is that still true ?
Thanks

That applied to early turbo installations which were very basic compared to todays. In normal use just turn it off like any car. But if you have been thrashing it it is sensible to let it idle a short time or better still drive it normally for a few miles before stopping.
I would hope it wouldn't be a problem with stop start. Mine has over 50k on it now and have never waited. Engine still seems good although steering rack is creaking for the second time, already had one under warranty.
