Chip your current Saab for free (I just done mine from 170-235hp) and run that for another 100k
and live with 25-35mpg at lower petrol prices.
Or if you're serious about the FR use the miles as a serious haggling point and offer a silly amount of cash. I don't think you mentioned the price but there's plenty of cars about right now and not that many buyers unless its small sub 2.0 diesel and low on road tax. Am aware that the Fr is £120/year tax (just got my renewal) but for example the wifes' 1.4 tdci and my mates clio are something daft like £35 a year, or will be. Add to that 60-70mpg and they are the cars that make most sense. For anyone with a pulse in their veins I know they won't exactly set your pants on fire with performance, mind...

Looks like an interesting piece of kit - may well dig out the soldering iron and have a play. You got the bonus of having the bigger more reliable TD04 tubo. I've got the GT17 which i've just replaced as my previous one was knackered - was tempted to modify to a TD04 then.
