Leon fr 170 bumper lip missing?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and new to owning a seat. Yesterday a purchased a 2007 leon fr tdi which has the thin strip at the bottom of the bumper inbetween the bottom of the fog lights missing (I didn't realise until I got home). It doesn't look like it's broken off as nothing is damaged, but looks like its popped or fell off. My question is, can I but this part or do I need a whole new bumper? Not quite sure what you mean?

They is a black honeycomb insert that goes around the fog light if thats what you mean?

There is a slight indent in the bumper on the lower part of the bumper.

I had another look earlier and it has snapped off the bumper . Not sure how to post photos on here and I can't link my google drive photos as I haven't made enough posts
