Leon FR Connector Beneath the Ashtray

I have just boutght a 2005 Leon FR. Underneath the ashtray there is some sort of connector. Its looks like a scart socket but only smaller.

Any idea what it is?

That's the OBD socket. (On Board Diagnostics).

We plug Vag-Com into it.
