hey people im new to this site just got a 08 leon fr only done 27k got no pics atm, now its a lovely car but its my first diesel and unsure on whats the best places to look for parts and etc lol so aby hekp would be nice, i have read up about the dpf and to get it removed and mapped where are the best places ? also what turbos are they running and
just need rough ideas of what the best things are to do thabks for all comments and help people!

Dpf delete and remap makes the car so much sweeter and smoother to drive, best mod on these cars imo

im based in kent and yeah i read up on that it seems really good makes me wonder why its even in there lol, i heard air filters are a waste of time on diesels? is this true ?

Type it in the search bar. There's loads of info on the dpf problems and plenty of advice and opinions on where to go to get it done.

Air filter is next to useless on these cars yeah. But otherwise as above

First of all you need to decide what level of tune you want to go to... if you are already thinking of bigger turbo's then no point splashing out on DPF delete and mapping because you will have to get mapping done again after.

If you want a Hybrid Turbo or Big Turbo only two places i would recommend, Darkside Developments or a chap on here called Kilner.

Very few mappers can get the PD170 past Stage2 tune due to the ECU and boost limits.

Remap and DPF delete and you'll get around 210hp, the FR's are pretty nippy anywho

No I agree, I'm just stating that he will get around 210hp by just DPF delete and remap.

see i wouldnt mind looking into a bigger turbo possibly, unsure how far i want to go with it atm, may just fo a dpf and remap and then just do bits and bobs inside and out, and just see where i go from there really? thanks for all the input tho! been a great help

Hybrid Turbo is really a waste of time on these, its Garret GTB turbo or nothing.
