Leon FR ST - Which Colour?

I'm trying to decide between Mystery Blue and Desire Red for my new 1.8 TSI Leon FR ST. I was all set to go with Mystery Blue before going to the showroom today and seeing Desire Red in person.

I've opted to go with the 18" Performance Machined Wheels.

Anyone have any advice?

I've ordered Desire Red for my Cupra ST. Having seen the two side by side personal preference is the red.

I'm not personally a massive fan of red but that desire red is amazing. Personally I love the new mystery blue so that'd be my choice out of the 2. I have midnight black though

Ordered mine in mystery blue, and spent a few weeks regretting not going for the desire red. The photos online of the red looks like a bright candy red, but definitley is not like that in the flesh. Its more like a faded salmon pink in dull light. Looks even worse when the red is dirty too. Comes down to personal taste, but look out for each colour out on the road in the real world. Almost every colour looks nice while its shined up and sitting in a showroom under non natural light...

Was snooping around a mystery blue Cupra ST in dealer when I was in picking up mine last month love that colour and will be my choice if I trade the 280 in for a 300 in a few years

It's all very subjective but to my old eyes, both the Mystery Blue and the Red look better in pictures than in the "flesh", I think the white looks good whichever way you look at it but for me it has to be Monsoon grey.

Mystery blue is proving very popular and so you'll see a lot of Leons in that colour in a year or two. Desire red looks amazing in the sunshine. White also suits the car's lines with those alloys finishing it off nicely. Decisions, decisions but I don't think you can go far wrong with either colour really. It's all down to personal preference at the end of the day. Enjoy your motor when it arrives mate.

I like the mystery blue it's my favourite colour.

I have a Mystery Blue - I'll be honest; it wasn't quite what I was expecting, being a bit darker than I had hoped. That said, when it is clean and the sun is out, it really attracts attention. Main reason I didn't go for red was because I was replacing a Misano Red Audi and fancied a change.

Decision made! I've gone with Desire Red for a change after having Technic Grey for 3yrs on my current ST.

Either colour would have been a good choice to be fair. I've also not seen any desire red ones on the road yet, but have seen a couple of mystery blue ones.

Love my monsoon grey FR Titanium, think the Titanium alloys and mirrors compliment it well but if I get a cupra next year I'm leaning mystery blue as well, think it looks really smart
