Thanks bro.

Well stuck two suitcases  so hopefully that will speed up the process.

But what do you all recommend when I should get the wheels realigned?

Its coming upto a week tomorrow.

shocks to go with the sportlines

So in May i had the sportlines put on to my 170FR. they settled nicely and after 2 weeks i had a full 4wheel alignement carried out. All great except it seems that with the roads in bad shape and speed bumps in the last month something has gone wrong as get knocking/bumping on front suspension. i fear that the standard shock absorbers have failed.

Did anyone keep standard shocks or change them? Anyone else had shocks fail?

Oh man i have a habit of killing threads.. anyone talk to me about which shocks they have with their eibach sportlines? stock?

Less viewing in the FAQ's forum, you'd be better off starting a new thread in the main Mk2 forum.

From what you said, it sounds more likely that a spring has broken over a pothole if you're getting knocking noises, rather than a failed shock, which I think would just make that corner very bouncy as there would be no damping anymore?
