my car was out of track for a while as not being able to find somewhere do get it done, they were really far out more than the norm, when i drive i get a not loud but a thud thud thud, throbbing noise coming from the drivers side front wheel area, at about 70mph the steering wheel vibrates, ive tried 2 sets of wheels on so its not the wheels unbalanced, could the wheels being out of track nackered the wheel bearing or is it the cv joint? or something else. jacked the car up earlier and cant see anything loose or bent

help much appreciated as im at a loose end,
