Had my Leon VZ tuned three months back, engine and transmission ecu, stage 1 after running it in with 1500kms. Car feels more crisp and pulls stronger.

It already was, but has become certainly more of an issue, how to bring this power to the ground in first 2 gears. Conditions need to be very good to avoid massive wheel spin. All in all, it improves the experience, which was already good. The thing I found less convincing with the standard map, was that the DSG feelt sometimes a bit sluggish in comfort mode. That's gone now.

You got some nice numbers there KoenG 😎👍

What tyres are you trying to plant it with on the road?

Always difficult launching FWD cars, but once they’re rolling they pick up quickly. 4WD cars are quicker off the mark. Tyres help. I have PS4s. And an engine mount insert helps too. After the tyres and insert the car wheelspins sometimes now and doesn’t hop, which is fine. I have a stage 1 Leon Cupra mk3. I find gears 1 and 2 get me going, but the most power is often seen in 3rd gear and above.

I found Michelin's 4S worked very well with our modified RCZ200

Looking to fit 5S to the Formentor 310 next year. 👍

The Michelin 4s is indeed an alround top performer and benchmark! The s5 most probably will be incredible, but is it available or tested yet? When I'am not mistaken, there is one discipline in which it doesn't shine and that's directional precision and feedback (don't know for the s5 actually, but it was for the 4s). In my BMW i4, I don't mind, but in my Cupra I might. The Eagle F1 asymmetric 6 is a clearly improved sport alrounder and the Conti sportcontact 7 seems also to be an incredible UHP tire. Actually, you can't go wrong with any of them, love them all and I almost can't wait for my first tyre swap! (y)
