A lot has changed there the past few months. They've become a lot more active on the forums and started hosting us events at their dealership. They have a new Cupra Master for any technical questions. I'm sure if you message @Karla your query, she'll look after you.

I’ve had 6 cars from them now and they have been absolutely faultless every single time.
The most recent was October 2019 (first time buying from their new showroom) and the service was as good as ever. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Just letting you know that Letchworth Seat is no longer a Seat dealer, they've gone over to Renault and Dacia, they will still be servicing Seat vehicles but I'm not sure if they can do cars with a service plan.
Seat service plans (website) states "Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule at a SEAT UK Authorised Repairer" so presume if they have relinquished the sales franchise but retained the Aftersales status of 'Authorised Repairer' then this would be valid?
Yes, if they are still an 'Authorised Repairer', this happened at the dealer in St. Albans (Coupers?), who went over to Kia sales, they've now been taken over by Brayleys and are no longer a Seat repairer.
I booked in with them for a paid for service, when I rang and the automation said renault and dacia, I did ask if I was calling the right place and they shrugged it off.
Should I be cancelling this?
Also where do I hand it back
Am I going to now be sold a £50k Sandero?

See @Walone ’s post (#11) above. They’re no longer a Seat dealer; they’re a Renault and Dacia dealer. Screenshot below (bottom right) states they’ll continue to offer Seat and Cupra aftersales support as an ‘authorised repairer’.
