Locking wheel nut key - discontinued?

Tried to fit the winter wheels at the weekend, only to discover that the splines in my locking wheel nut key have worn in such a way that they can still be screwed in tight but then won't come off again :(

Called the local dealer this morning, and was told that the original part (key + 1 new bolt) had been superseded by a new part (just the key) - but that has also been discontinued and replaced by a new, incompatible complete set of bolts.

If true, this seems absurd - by all means recommend that I buy a new set of higher-security locking nuts, but how am I supposed to get the existing ones off if I can't buy the tool?

Can anyone here confirm or deny this? And if it is no longer available to order from SEAT UK, any ideas as to where I may be able to get hold of one?

Thanks for suggestions. In the end I found a new key with the correct code on eBay, although at £25 it was more than I hoped to pay. Just hope I don't find when it turns up that the splines on the bolts are also worn.
