hi there i am looking in to buying a very fast car but understated. i want a scooby beating car. have been looking at getting a cupra with ko3's or an ihi'd one. could people give me feedback on these and any relabilty issues thanks jon

Its basically a garret turbo instead of an ihi, all the same kit needed, a few bits and bobs maybe different. Its just another way to get to 330+ bhp. Althougth a few people reckon it will be a very tight fit.

Thats a lot of power front wheel drive thougth. My revo ibiza, stage 1, can blow my mates r32, so depends how fast you think you really need your car. Revo stage 2 k03s etc standard will put u up in the bracket of top fast cars. With that you will still be saying bye bye to most scoobys in a straight line. Just never expect to beat 'em in the corners!

what bhp can you expect from a ko3 cupra with remap. and does it effect the handleing

handling? cupras dont handle anyway lol! Chassis can cope with a remap no probs. Your lookin at 200bhp+ from just a remap, that will cost you about 500 quid.

K03 with all the works will beat most Scooby's, then with the addition of a K03S you go into the M3 & Evo beating territory. With GT2X & AM04 you go even further up the scale into the modified scoobys, evo's, skylines, etc...

And with IHI (350bhp) or GT28RS with internal work (400bhp) your in the best of the best league, nothing much will touch it unless there running big power.

Craig are you saying a 220bhp Ibiza will beat a 320+BHP M3?

This may well be true but I find it unlikely, may be entertaining to 60 but after that the M3 should spank it!

Jontys: As already said, get a remap and see how it goes, releases alot of power for a few pennies!

I think you'd be suprised. Mine stays with M3's.
