They’re an official Seat accessory, so should be available from your local Seat dealer. Part number is 6F0071497 and the centre caps are available in four different colours; red, blue, sliver of magenta.
They’re available through Horton Seat in the UK but unfortunately they don’t deliver outside the UK.
If you did a search on the part number, you may find a seller in Egypt, or a seller in a country that does ship to Egypt.

Thank you, but unfortunately the seat dealer here is useless and doesn't import any accessories for the car.
